Privacy is the foundation of TENO. We design physical tags and digital routing to prevent phone number exposure.
TENO never exposes an owner's phone number, email, or physical residence to any scanner. Public URLs contain exclusively randomized opaque identifiers (e.g. /t/7Kx91P) with no traceable customer parameters.
TENO physical tags contain zero active tracking radios, GPS modules, or battery packs. Location data is only transmitted when a scanner explicitly grants one-time browser permission to help you identify where a parking incident occurred.
Photos submitted by scanners during parking or vehicle incident notices are stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage and automatically purged in accordance with our data retention schedule.
Owners maintain full control over incoming notices. You can freeze your TENO tag instantly from your dashboard. A frozen tag displays a neutral inactive message without confirming vehicle ownership.
