When someone notices an issue with your vehicle (such as blocking an exit, lights left on, or an accident), they point their smartphone camera or tap their device against your TENO tag.
The scanner selects from curated presets (“Blocking another vehicle”, “Lights on”, “Emergency”) and can optionally attach GPS coordinates or a photo.
The opaque tag code is resolved securely by the TENO routing service and delivered directly to your verified WhatsApp. The scanner never sees your phone number, and you never see theirs.
